Kimberly hosts the Sunday Post each week. I like to take part because it gives me an opportunity to look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also love to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading.
Finally, some true Autumn weather! The temperature this morning was a little below 40 degrees! Coldest temps since mid May.
My daughter took her dogs for a walk this week to enjoy the Autumn weather.
Short trip to Michigan
This next week my daughters and I are taking a short trip to southern Michigan along Lake Michigan for an Autumn break. I think it will be so much fun. We’re staying on a small farm in an airbnb. There will be chances to go on walks and spend time learning more about the area.
I’ve been working on cards for family and friends. So much fun to make cards again. I still have some organizing to get done in my craft room, but when I want to make cards I can do so. I’m hoping to make fall and Halloween cards this next week and also get started on Thanksgiving and Christmas cards. I always mean to make Christmas cards throughout the year, but it doesn’t usually happen!
Partial picture of Olaf this week
That’s Olaf almost totally underneath a recliner! (He weighs 15 pounds, but he was squeezing himself under.) I thought he was after one of his toys, but when I moved the chair a big spider ran out with Olaf in pursuit.
I forgot to post my Can’t Wait Wednesday last week even though it was ready. I’ve decided to schedule as many of my posts as I can so I don’t keep forget about them.
