Can’t Wait Wednesday: Fugitive Telemetry by Martha Wells

Murderbot . . . what a character!

Can’t-Wait Wednesday is hosted by Tressa at Wishful Endings. This is a weekly meme to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. The books I choose aren’t released yet and usually won’t be published for at least two or three months. So I have a while to wait!

I love finding out about books set to publish in future months and I like to share my excitement about the books. I also like to find out about new books on other people’s blogs and hope they’ll sometimes find something to look forward to on my blog.

Fugitive Telemetry

by Martha Wells

Series: The Murderbot Diaries #6

Published by

Publishing date: April 2 , 2021

Genre: Science Fiction Novella

176 pages

Synopsis: No, I didn’t kill the dead human. If I had, I wouldn’t dump the body in the station mall.

When Murderbot discovers a dead body on Preservation Station, it knows it is going to have to assist station security to determine who the body is (was), how they were killed (that should be relatively straightforward, at least), and why (because apparently that matters to a lot of people—who knew?)

Yes, the unthinkable is about to happen: Murderbot must voluntarily speak to humans!

Martha Wells is one of my favorite authors and I’ve loved every book in this series. Can’t wait for this one!

Author: Jan

I love to read--especially mysteries, science fiction and fantasy. I also love blogging, photography, gardening, playing Mah Jonng, reading with a cat on my lap, throwing a ball for a dog, creating cards to send to family and friends, reading book blogs, using my computer.

  1. I haven’t even started this series yet. I have the first couple of books, I think. I have heard nothing but good things about Martha Wells, and I just know I will enjoy these books. Why haven’t I read them yet?! I hope you enjoy this new installment when you get to it! Have a great week.
