Kimberly hosts the Sunday Post each week. I like to take part because it gives me an opportunity to look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also love to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading.
Personal life
Really cold several days during the week, but this weekend it’s warmed into the 40’s and 50’s. A 70 degree difference! Lots of melting going on so now we have fog and lots of standing water.
Donnie goes home
My son arrived this weekend and is taking Donnie home with him. Donnie was so excited to see him Friday night! I will miss him lots, but he’s so happy to be reunited with my son. I’ll miss them both. We’ve seen a lot of both of them this past year while they lived in the Midwest.
Television
We’ve watched the new Star Trek series. We watched season 1 again and have now started on season 2. I’m really enjoying it.
Blog life
I’m still working to get my reviews set up plus write a few more. And I’m slowly visiting other blogs and commenting. I’m also getting a few posts set up and scheduled ahead. I haven’t done that for a while and it’s a good feeling.

Isn’t it strange weather?! We have had a few days of 1 or 2 degrees at night (I haven’t been going out with the dogs at bedtime, and they haven’t been roaming far either.). I guess it’s a bit sad to say goodbye to your k9 companion, Donnie 🙂 and your son.
I’ve only read the first Susan Furlong in her series and none of the other authors mentioned. I’ve thought of reading Novik as many bloggers enjoy her tales.

How sweet that Donnie was so excited to be reunited with your son. Our weather has been up and down but nothing like the cold you get! I really enjoyed Death by Committee and Susan Furlong is an author I’ve really been wanting to read. Have a great week

I imagine your son was just as happy as Donnie to be reunited:) It got in the 20s here. My brother said it got over 30 below where he lives. It’s been an early and very cold winter. I hope the months fly until spring!

So glad Donnie was happy to see Dad but I know you’ll miss him. We had some warmer weather too which I’m all for, especially since our laundry room water line didn’t quite survive the Polar Vortex. I’ve had a cold all weekend and am trying to beat it but not having the best luck. Hope you have a great week!
