This is a great meme to take part in every week and I thank Kimba for hosting it!
I like this meme because it gives me an opportunity to take a look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also like to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading.
Last Week–home and blog
Mid-December already??!
Hard to believe it’s the middle of December already. The weather has been in the 50’s most of the week and it just doesn’t feel like December.
A quiet week here in Iowa where I’m spending most of the month. My daughter was gone to a conference most of the week and my son was working every day on his computer here at home. We went out to dinner with the next door neighbors one night and that was fun.
We did get the Christmas tree up and decorated which was fun. The tree is so pretty with its multi-colored lights and decorations.
Television
Big Bang Theory was so good this week!
The blog
I’m behind on my book reviews so was glad to post three of them this week. I especially want to get the Christmas books I’ve read reviewed before Christmas!

We are all heading to a wedding in Wisconsin next weekend. My husband is flying into Chicago and will meet us in Wausau, Wisconsin where we are staying. My husband and son and I drive back to Des Moines next Sunday for Christmas. My daughters arrive later in the week.
I’m not sure I will have time to do a Sunday Post next week.

What a pretty tree! And it sounds like you’re having a lovely time in Iowa. It’s warm here too and I’m completely okay with it though my husband is saying it doesn’t feel like Christmas! Have a great week and enjoy your new books!

I like multi colored lights. So many people are saying that about the weather, and sure enough it’s been unseasonaly warm here too. Although we’re cooling off. Enjoy the wedding and the holiday!
