Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
I like this meme because it gives me an opportunity to take a look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also like to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading. This is a great meme to take part in every week and I thank Kimba for hosting it!
Last Week–home and blog
Thanksgiving–Nov 26–here in the U.S.
We were in the Midwest for Thanksgiving. Had a wonderful time with family and friends. Only about 35 people this year, but we had loads of fun and lots of conversation. It poured rain at times during the day so we cancelled some activities, but we managed to get a nice long walk in between rainstorm.
Lots of food as always so it was good we walked!
Time for a road trip
Now my husband and I are in Illinois with one of our daughter’s. I’m going to stay with her for a week and my husband is driving back home to Maryland on Sunday and Monday.

Next Week–home & blog
I hope to catch up on my blogging this week while I’m staying with my daughter. She’ll be at work all day so that will give me some time. Next week my daughter and I are driving to Des Moines where I will stay for a couple of weeks with my younger daughter.

You guys are busy! But it’s nice you get to see family and spend some time. Your Thanksgiving sounds nice it was nice here too. Same weather- it rained all day at times quite hard. The next day was better though.
Safe travels and enjoy your week!

Gah, the 3 didn’t take. “Only 35 people”, not “5”. 😀

Comments can be frustrating at times. I knew what you meant though, Bea! And a group of four is great. Any size group who gets together is wonderful.

Oh wow, 35 people for Thanksgiving. I have a very small family and stress when we have to do stuff with my brother’s in-laws… I’m like.. TOO MANY PEOPLE!
Have a lovely week with your daughter!

Thanks, Deborah. My daughter and I are having a great time.
This is my husband’s family. Mine is quite small, too. However, I’ve grown to love so many of these people through the years and I know they love me. too. So the big crowd isn’t so bad now…lol.
