The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
I like this meme because it gives me an opportunity to take a look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also like to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading. This is a great meme to take part in every week and I thank Kimba for hosting it!

Home & blog
September begins! This is one of my favorite times of the year. Even though my children are grown and aren’t in school anymore I still have the excitement of this time of year. School is starting, the weather is getting cooler. It’s a time to work on new projects.
I’ve started thinking about changes I want to make on my I’m trying to decide what I want to do and trying to learn more about some of the background aspects of the blog–SEO, Google analytics and security settings so I can use and understand my blog better. I also want to make some design changes as well as creating a better blog identity. I enjoy tinkering though I’m not so good at some of the technical aspects.

COYER Scavenger Hut is finishing up so I’m trying to get all the books I’ve read reviewed.

What did you do last week? What books did you collect? What are you planning?
I like this time of year too. The cool weather and everything else… and I just saw that SciFi month is happening again. Yay! That was fun last year- lots of neat sci fi stuff.
I liked your Tuesday syllabus post, good choices there. Why didn’t I ever have a class like this? 🙂
Enjoy your visit!

I love this time of year. The humidity starts dropping. Don’t like the cooler weather to come though. I’m also toying with ideas to redesign and update my blog. I know just enough to scare me. LOL

I know, Laura, though the humidity and heat are back for us this week. And as far as my blog goes I know some stuff, but other stuff I’m at a loss…frustrating.

I enjoy this time of year as well. I love summer but by mid to the end of August it’s too hot and everything is starting to look dry and is dying. Plus I love when the kids get back to school and we can restart our routine! Enjoy your visit with your friend and have a great week!

Thanks, Katherine. Yeah, the heat and dryness get to me this time of year. I’m ready for some rain and cooler days.

I am always Googling and trying to learn new bloggy things, so good for you. Branding is important even if it’s an image. Enjoy your friends visit, it sounds like fun!

Great books this week! I read the first Bloodforged book but I don’t have time to devote the proper time to the second one. I did like it, though!
Oh, you are going to have so much fun tinkering with the blog!! It’s a full-time hobby of mine 😉
Have a great week!!!
