Sunday Post: Jul 5

rp_sundaypostmeme13.jpgThe Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

I like this meme because it gives me an opportunity to take a look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also like to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading. This is a great meme to take part in every week and I thank Kimba for hosting it!

Last Week

Home & blog

My family is here visiting. The first group arrived Tuesday evening–my brother and sister-in-law. And then our children arrived Wednesday and Thursday. Everyone leaves by July 7. We’ve had lots of fun. A little sightseeing, lots of community cooking and baking and lots of conversations. By the time everyone leaves we will make six round trips to the airport! It has been so much fun having everyone here.

My brother is a dragonfly expert (he just returned from a trip to Costa Rica where they cataloged and photographed dragonflies and damselflies). He identified over 10 species of dragonflies in our pond behind our house! I had no idea. I knew there were several kinds, but not that many.

I was going to post of photos, but our internet is running slowly–probably too many people trying to use it!
