The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
I like this meme because it gives me an opportunity to take a look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also like to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading. This is a great meme to take part in every week and I thank Kimba for hosting it!
Last Week
Home & blog
It has been a busy week in my personal life so I didn’t get a lot of internet time. I’m especially behind with my commenting and visiting other blogs. I’m going to try to catch up next week. I love comments so I appreciate all the people who comment on my blog posts.
Another reason I’m behind is that we subscribed to Acorn TV this week. This is a subscription service for the U.S. and Canada with British TV shows. I discovered it about a month ago and have been trying to decide whether to subscribe. My husband and I love British TV shows especially the mysteries and three new episodes of Foyle’s War are being added this month! We finally decided to subscribe (the first month is free) so I spent awhile browsing and watching episodes from some shows–Blue Murder, Vexed and The Blue Rose.
We also changed our TV and Internet service which had gotten very expensive. We managed to cut the price in half by moving to a lower tier of TV service, slower internet service, dropping HBO, dropping our landline phone and removing our second TV. It’s still way overpriced, but we’re staying with it for now, I guess.
