The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
I like this meme because it gives me an opportunity to take a look back at last week and forward to next week in both my personal life and my blog and book life! I also like to see what other people are doing and what books everyone is reading. This is a great meme to take part in every week and I thank Kimba for hosting it!
Last Week
Home & blog
We got about an inch of snow in the storm which left a couple of feet of snow in parts of New England. There’s another storm coming Sunday and Monday, but I think we’re going to mostly have rain. I some reading done this week and they were all good books. I made cards and even got some sent for birthdays and some thank you’s. We’re planning to watch the Super Bowl.

I’ve been thinking of Killer Moon. Looks and sounds really good. I hope you like it. And happy that snow storm didn’t bury you and take out your power. My mother says she came out of it okay too:)

I hope Killer Moon is good. It sure sounds good. Yeah, having your power out in the winter isn’t fun so I’m glad we haven’t had that happen. Glad your Mom came through okay.

Glad you got some good reading done! We’ve had beautiful weather lately but it looks like we’re about to be hit by lots of rain. Glad the snow didn’t hit you too hard. Looks like you got some great books this week. Look forward to seeing what you think of The Killing Moon especially. Have a great week!

I think going to get all that rain, too, Katherine. Everyone seems to agree The Killing Moon should be good. I’ll have to get to it soon!

It was a great reading week, Bea. I got behind in visiting other blogs though so I need to catch up! Sounds like a lot of rain for us, but our family in the Midwest is getting a blizzard so I guess it’s good we don’t have that.

We thought the new storm was going to be a rainstorm but in Maine they have predicted another 10″ to 12″ — not too pretty.
Hope you have a great – no snow – week.

I’ve been thinking about A Natural History- it looks good. And I like the idea of a sci fi/ fantasy book club. I could use one of those… 🙂

Yes, I’ve had A Natural History on my book list since it came out, but never found it on sale until this week. I was excited to buy it. Yeah, I thought a sci fi/fantasy book club would be so much fun. I’ve never found one though. 😦

Thanks, Kimba! Enjoy your granddaughter. I envy you…no grandchildren yet, but lots of nieces and nephews and they’re having children now so that’s great!

I miss the snow. 😦 Don\’t get any of that where we live now but I grew up in NY where we would get 4ft of snow. Heck, we don\’t even get rain here. It\’s always sunny and beautiful and I never want to lock myself inside to read. I really need to get a hammock so I can lay out and read.
