October books on my list

October books on my list

October 6, 2016 2016, books on my list . . . 2

These are the October books on my list. Each month I keep a list of books that interest me based on the author, synopsis, genre or sometimes just the cover! My favorite genres: Mysteries–especially police procedurals; Science Fiction–especially military science fiction and space opera; Fantasy–especially urban fantasy. I don’t buy all these books since I already have lots of books to read and I feel lucky if I get 10 books read each month. But the list I make each month helps me not forget books. The Goodreads links help me keep track of the books. I hope people reading my post may find some new books to interest them… Read more »

Favorite space opera & military science fiction

Favorite space opera & military science fiction

I think almost every military science fiction is space opera. And many space operas also involve military. Space opera is a subgenre of science fiction that emphasizes space warfare, melodramatic adventure,… Read more »

July books on my list. . .

July 11, 2016 2016, books on my list . . . 10

These are the July books on my list. I keep a list of all the books I might want to read and then each month take the books for that month to post on my blog. I don’t buy all the books (not during the month they’re released at least)–since I already have way too many books to read and some of the new books are expensive. I’m trying to stick to a budget. But the list I make each month helps me not forget books. The Goodreads links help me keep track of these books. And I hope people reading my post may find some new books! I also… Read more »
