March 2017 books on my list

March 2, 2017 2017, books on my list . . . 6

These are the March books on my list. I keep a list of all the books I might want to read and add to it as the year goes on. As each month comes along I create a list on my blog for others and for me to keep track of the books. I don’t buy all these books–since I already have way too many books to read and some of the new books are expensive. I’m trying to stick to a budget. I hope people reading my post may find some new books to read. I also hope these people will point me toward books I missed. March 7… Read more »

Ho-Ho-Ho Readathon Update

November 12, 2016 2016, Read-a-Thons 2

This week I’m participating in the Ho-Ho-H0 Readathon (from Nov 9 – 15). It’s hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer and is so much fun. I finished my first book! The Magic of Christmas by Sarah Morgan I enjoyed The Magic of Christmas. It’s a Harlequin Medical Romance which is the Harlequin line I like the most. Sarah Morgan is also one of my favorite contemporary romance authors. I like the medical aspects of the book (in a London Emergency Department). I also really like the Christmas aspects of the book and the two young girls in the book–Dr. Christian Blake’s daughters. He’s a handsome doctor in the ED… Read more »

November books on my list

November books on my list

November 4, 2016 2016, books on my list . . . 2

These are the November books on my list. Each month I keep a list of books that interest me based on the author, synopsis, genre or sometimes just the cover! My favorite genres: Mysteries–especially police procedurals; Science Fiction–especially military science fiction and space opera; Fantasy–especially urban fantasy. I don’t buy all these books since I already have lots of books to read and I feel lucky if I get 10 books read each month. But the list I make each month helps me not forget books. The Goodreads links help me keep track of the books. I hope people reading my post may find some new books to interest them… Read more »

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme I take part in when I can think up answers! It’s a great meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish blog. Every week they suggest a new book-related topic.
